        Same Day Delivery

        We’re excited to offer Same Day Delivery to selected postcodes across Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch. This service is fulfilled by NZ Post’s Express Tonight network, with deliveries made Monday to Friday between 6pm and 9pm.

        Simply place your order before the cut-off time for your city and it will arrive that evening. If your address is eligible, Same Day Delivery will appear as an option at checkout.

        Auckland – Order by 10am (delivery 6–9pm)
        Christchurch – Order by 10am (delivery 6–9pm)
        Wellington – Order by 2pm (delivery 6–9pm)

        Orders placed after the cutoff time will be scheduled for delivery the following business day.

        WARRANTIES

        1 YEAR WARRANTY
        If within one year your Hunters Element product is found to have a manufacturer fault in any way, we will repair or replace it for free.

        LIFETIME EXTENDED WARRANTY
        We’re so confident in the quality of our gear that if at any point in its life your Hunters Element kit gets damaged, we'll sort you out. If you've torn it on an antler or punctured it with a thorn, we'll repair it (if we can) for a small fee.         RETURNS

        WARRANTY ISSUES:
        Returns for manufacturer defects will be accepted. Please use our Contact Us page to notify us of the issue, including photos and proof of purchase.

        INCORRECT MERCHANDISE:
        If you received an item different than what was described on the website — wrong size, colour, or style — please get in touch via our Contact Us page and we’ll help you out.

        SIZING RETURNS & OTHER:
        For online orders where you'd like to change the size of one or more products, please use our returns form. Once we receive the product back (still in brand-new condition with the swing tags included), we’ll process a refund or exchange. Please expect delays during peak seasons and sale periods. Staff hold the right to refuse exchanges or returns.
